2017 is going to be great

So it's the new year. The swamp is in session.

There must be a playbook for this kind of thing. But no one is playing smart. 

Except the Russians. They're playing it very smart. 

They might even be smarter than me. But so far things are going great. I've got some really great patsies pulling the strings now. They're so dumb I feel bad taking advantage of them. Anytime they make a boneheaded move I step in and look like the grownup in the room. Like those jokers trying to water down the the ethics room or whatever. Some big thinkers there. I laughed so hard I started to cry. No really. I was crying. It's like they're throwing the game to me. 

Sad. 

It's going to be fun though. I won't even need to fire anyone: they'll resign. It's the pride, the pride, it's part of their syndrome. Anyway, that's politics. Only the really crooked ones stick around. 

Note to self: they voted Ryan back in. Crazy! I'm going long on that one though. He's a bitter ender.

Gotta hand it to Reagan. He really got the ball rolling. Did he really see it or was someone was pulling his strings. Either way he did it beautiful. The sixties damn near killed the dream but the Gipper reeled it back in. The best was when he unleashed the advertisers on all those hippy's kids. 

I'm a smart guy but I gotta admit I wasn't too sure it was going to work out. Now I wonder if I even needed to play the loyalty card on Comey. That fake news swung things for me, huge. Fun watching the newspapers finish their slide into irrelevance. Not taking all the credit, but honestly I've been working them since the 80s. Me and the Gipper, fighting the good fight. If he could see me now.

What's that rule? Godwin's law? Yeah that's the one. Well now I'm going to talk about nazis. Fun thought experiment. You're a German democrat in the 30s. You see it coming, but you've got a friend can get you into Poland. Do you go? 

No brainer. You want to be in Poland in when Hitler invades? Just eat your nazi soup. Even Cranston and those other idiots figured that out.

The best thing in all this is Hillary. I don't like watching people suffer. I really don't. But it's going to be fun watching the Clinton train wreck. They don't have it in them to cut and run. But you know, there were only a hundred million people watching. They've got to be thinking about it.
